🏨 Where to Stay

Prague offers hundreds of hotels and apartments across all price ranges — from budget hostels to luxury suites. The key is location:

  • Stay close to Metro Line A (green line) — especially Dejvická or anywhere in the city center.
  • Prague’s excellent tram network also makes it easy to get around, even if your hotel is farther out.

🛤️ Getting Around

  • Metro: Dejvická station (Line A) is a 5-minute walk from the venue.
  • Airport transfer: about 30 minutes — trolleybus to the metro, then a few stops on Line A.
  • Parking: National Technical Library (NTK), ~1 minute walk.

30 min: 30 CZK (~€1.20) • 90 min: 40 CZK (~€1.60) • 24 h: 120 CZK (~€4.80) • 72 h: 330 CZK (~€13)

Where to buy:
  • 🚋 In trams: ticket machines inside (card payment).
  • 🚍 Airport stops: yellow vending machines at trolleybus stops (card/coins).
  • 🚇 Metro: vending machines in station vestibules (entrance halls).
⚠️ Don’t forget to validate your ticket at the start of your journey (yellow stamping machines). Inspectors are active, and fines are high.

  • Free WiFi throughout the venue.
  • Lunch and coffee breaks included for all registered attendees.
  • Badge pick-up required at entry.

💡 Practical Tips

  • Currency: CZK. Cards accepted almost everywhere; carry a little cash for small shops.
  • Weather: September ~12–23 °C — bring a light jacket.
  • Power: European plug type E, 230V (UK/US visitors may need an adapter).
  • Language: Conference in English; “Dobrý den” (hello) is always appreciated.
  • Ride-share: Uber and Bolt are widely available.
